1. Neither the Account Manager nor any associated person shall receive any payment, fee or bonuses of any description from the buyer or broker.
2. The Account Manager, to the best of his/her knowledge, has no conflict of interest regarding the recommended product or service, and,
3. To the best of his/her knowledge the Account Manager strives to offer the best available advice for your business at the time, based on the information contained in the Annual Review and your instructions.
